GITEX 2025: Attending the Middle East's largest technology expo.

GITEX Global 2025 is the 45th edition of the world’s largest technology trade show, held from October 13 to 17, 2025, in Dubai at the Dubai World Trade Centre and Dubai Harbour. It serves as a premier global platform bringing together over 6,500 exhibitors, 1,800 startups, and 200,000 visitors from around the world to showcase cutting-edge innovations and groundbreaking technologies. The event emphasizes themes like artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, sustainable technology, biotech, fintech, and smart city solutions, featuring live demos, conferences, and networking opportunities. GITEX aims to foster collaboration among governments, enterprises, and innovators, positioning Dubai as a global technology hub and a living laboratory for the future of digital transformation.

This year it was attended by our CEO, Mohammed Chaudhry. Mohammed networked with key exhibitors relevant to the business, including but not limited to manufacturers, distributors and traders, and technology specialists. Perhaps most importantly, Mohammed was able to study and observe the recent development and market trends. Some of the key observations and takeaway from this year’s expo were:

Lighter – many of the devices this year just noticeable weighed less.
Fabric like textures.
Retractable mic booms.
Magnetic clip-on wireless charging bases.
Tendy “hollow” designs.
BT v6.0, A2DP, Hi-Res and LDAP protocols were very common – quality sound is now a must.
